Man, why can't guys just play the game and have fun?!

There always has to be a couple of knuckleheads that have to screw things up. I couldn't even imagine screwing any of our guys.

It happens some people are knuckleheads as you say.
Some take the game way too seriously.
Be competitive and win by building a good team through hard work.
It is the only way.

That may have been the case last year. That is not the situation this year.
