Guys - this forum needs to shape up, and it needs to start now. We all are, or mostly are adults and need to act like it. SEA Pride starts with each other.
If your not going to add something to a thread, and are doing it just to fulfill some inner need to post - don't post.
If you are just doing it to troll, flame or disrespect another user - don't post.
If you hate a user and follow him around just to make him look bad or to get back at him or to disrespect him - stop.
If you just feel the need to post, so you add nonsense(aka spam) - don't post.
This isn't to anyone person so don't assume I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to everyone, including myself. I don't think having some form of respect is too much to ask. IF you can not do that, all I ask is you simply install an ignore script(either on your computer or mentally) and don't respond to the users who you can not respect.
We used to talk alot of trash, myself included, on here - but there was mutual respect between the posters. We all chatted in PMs or in private forums. That is gone for the most part now it seems and it's a shame. I think the owners know that myself, as well as others, are trying to restore that mutual respect.
I am going to start a trash talk thread, and I hope all trash talk will be kept in there. This way, the people who do not like, or understand, trash talk can stay out and not feel offended. Heck, if that gets to big, start a new one I don't care. I'm not asking people to just stop posting. But if we have a good, intelligent thread going, don't go in and spam, troll it or turn it into a flame war. ADD to that discussion, don't take away from it. Maybe, just maybe, some of you could take time away from trolling, spamming, flaming and maybe do a rankings thread? Or a best plays of the week post? How about an ongoing Pro Bowl or All -Pro team thread? Just a few ideas you could do with your time instead of detracting from the forum.

I've been trying my best to get away from that and add back to these forums, and I hope others will as well. We do have ALOT of quality agents who avoid these forums because of what they have become. That is a shame. This makes us lose some great posts, and it also makes our region look pretty bad when other regions come in here and look at our forums. The minority has been ruling on here and that is not fair at all imo. I hope this will sink in to some and don't think it is too much to ask of everyone. Thanks.

To the first point, there should be a public chat where all of SEAPL goes to chat. If there was, you would find out that everyone is likely a nice person and there is nothing to fight/whine/cry about.

There is always something to fight/whine/cry about. It happens in every place that more than two people gather. I am sure you will all find I am big jerk and don't really like people.
