+ 1 think it would be a great thing for the pee wee

This is something that would provide more more advantages than drawbacks.
It would really help teams that struggle to replace a team, while having a full seasons load in progress
It would help guys who build alot of players exclusively for pee wee (me for one) already elaborated on.
The actual team strength would be closer across the board, forcing more towards better builds and game planning..........etc
Personally, I feel that the original idea of Pee Wee leagues was to follow this line...i.e. players that are all on the same level at first, and the opportunity to build against each other with a total team of equally created players.

IMO this will make it even more interesting, and competetive..........

It simplifies things, but, more importantly like others pointed out, it levels out the playing field, which is what our ultimate goal is right? Make everything else even, and let builds and gameplanning decide. Not who made players when.

... Somebody please tell me how I feel about this idea.
