Super long offseason = Bort's super secret plan to give his favorite elitist teams more time to rebuild chem...WW, MEM, Dry Ho, Navs merger, Shockers, OFG all got the memo and took massive chem hits. Hounds, Blaze, Bonn, HHW, CCCC didn't get the memo or did the honorable thing and chose not to exploit.

If someone had only told me, Hounds would have went forward with three or four mergers. wsdp, we should have dreamed bigger than HedgeHounds.

Alpine has taken a chem hit without merging or any exploits.

True. Alpine got a bunch of new players partly because scaud and I were bored and had time to recruit people. The season 2, 3, and 4 dots we brought in were as good or better than the season 1-2 ones we replaced and some of the good agents are staying as GM so we didn't really "rebuild" if anything we improved for the present more than if we just kept our older guys.

Plus, we've been starting a season 3 HB since season 8 so he will start to make gains despite being really productive in Pro already

Is it me or does it seem like there are more good teams than before. Once you get into the 2nd round most feel like tossups. Last year seemed a bit easier to predict

roster turnover is tough (i know i have shockers going too far but can't pick against them in games i know their chem will catch up to them) to judge. Also this being 64 rather than 128 changes things a bit.
