I would say so, but IMO there is a fair gap between 2 & 3 on that list.

The thing is they will probably move up the bottom tier Gold Teams first..........Just saying

That would be my guess, too...less Gold teams get demoted.

Wouldn't it make more sense to bring up top silver teams? The bottom tier gold teams already have proven they cant compete at the highest level?

I think this is the idea that they will go with. Eliminates having to choose who moves up based on opinion.

I sure hope not I think that would really cheapen the Gold League. Regardless which Silver teams get in those bottom 8 Gold had their shot and need to go back down. Several of those teams were only conference winners that got lucky in the random draw to fill the league first season so there is no reason they should get to stay.

Frankly I think Gold would be more interesting if all Gold who missed the playoffs went back down to Silver.

I understand your point Draxius,(it is a good one currently) however any other future season wouldn't you say it would only be appropriate to move up from within before going to another league?

Really while it's more work for Bort or whoever to figure out who to move up, I would say the bottom 8 should always be out no matter what and with any cpu above them opening more slots for Silver.

The fact of the matter is that the bottom 8 proved they could not compete in Gold and should drop back down. They will be free to then win their place back in the following season. More turnover at the top league rather then less will make Gold (and really all of peewee) a better, more competitive, and more fun place to play dotball.

I could live with it...........I wonder how the program is set up currently if it is indeed 4 from each conference fall down to Silver.
Now we are left with speculation what happens when a Team that makes the cut goes CPU.
The unknown is a bitch........

I donīt know much about PeeWee promotions, but canīt think of reason why it should be any different from other leagues promotions, CPU team are allways replaced from below. Donīt know a single case where a demoted team was allowed to stay because a better placed team went CPU
