Seriously, i really wish those were the keys. Because that would mean we could duplicate it ourselves. Or maybe it sell on Ebay. hahaha. And believe me when I say we've tried. It's not spin, it's not brk tkl gear, its not his attributes, its not his VA's. It's not confidence / stamina / vision/ height /weight. The only thing that can explain it is something behind the scenes. There is something more to tackle breaking that Bort has not told us. Whatever *that* is, Duke has had it his entire dot-life from the day he was rolled.

There is no magic cocktail that creates Duke Nuke Ems. When Duke goes into that great flex bank in the sky, GLB will lose a huge singularity.

Could you please speed up his rise to the stars and make life easier for everyone else here.

Gay shit tbh, not spending another dime on the game because of it.

Yeah, I was pretty sure that spin and % break tackle was they key to Duke's build. Thanks for verifying.

Yeah. Makes me wonder if that "weight table bug" that Bort said he supposedly fixed was BS. Nothing seemed to change with these x factor players. I honestly don't think any of my players have it to that extent.

none of mine do, at least not enough to make them dominate an entire pro league.

to be perfectly honest, I think that whole weight table thing was a smokescreen.

My near 100% certainty theory is that there are two things in this sim:

A) every player has a hidden Luck attribute that randomly increases as they level

B) it is like everything else in this game that is "random"- i.e. massively massively buggy - and due to its hiddenness, the userbase is unable to help / focus Bort into fixing it like we've done with buggy VA's, blocking code, etc.

How would it be implemented in the game? Here's one way.....the Clutch VA is a situational modifier to your Luck attribute. Makes sense doesn't it?

Seriously I can not be the only one who remembers this but way back in S1 / S2 Bort did not hide from it like he does now. It was even mentioned during his discussions of the new training system "that certain players would definitely seem to get more training breakthroughs than others". My money is that Bort's INTENT is for the luck attribute to be a little thing, but somewhere along the way the Butterfly effect that has overrun every other part of this game has glitched that as well.

If you look through our farm system, we have about 6 different running backs with some form of Duke or Nuke Em in their name. LOL

While I agree with much of your post, I think this point is way off base. It is a mathematical certainty that random training breakthroughs will happen more often for some players than others, and in some cases especially so. That has nothing to do with X-factor.

Sorry Jiddy, but everybody knows there's a team from Manitoba you want to avoid in the playoffs, and then another a team from Manitoba that you're kinda hoping you do face.

No joke. Surely you understand that random training breakthroughs will not happen with the same frequency for all players.

I think the question is, are those variations in frequency purely random, or are some by design based upon some hidden borttribute?
