See the ESPin hype machine that was 2005-06 USC. I see a repeat of that season. Number 2 team continues to win and shocks the overwhelming favorites in the MNC in pasedena. But then again I'm biased.

Yeah, he's great at recruiting problem kids for your school. His recruiting may look good on the field, but off the field is a different story. I think a lot of those players like him because they know he won't ever crack down on their shit.

Remember when people were talking about a USC 3peat when they didn't win the bcs title the first time (lsu did), won the second year, and lost the 3rd time to texas? Funny stuff. People always are all over usc's dick

Zook blows as an HC. He made Missery look like a Top 10 team. Funny how Bowling Freaking Green made Missery look pretty average. Seriously, Zook can recruit with the best of 'em. Unfortunately, his ability to develop talent and coach on Saturdays is horribad.

Everyone is so busy fellating Tebow that they seem to forget that he could end up with a bruised cuticle from a Salvadorian circumcision gone wrong. Do the Gators have a PROVEN commodity behind Tebow? I believe injuries are a part of CFB ... we might want to hold off on crowning the Gators as GOAT until they play a few more games.

I think Florida would be able to still remain competitive without Tebow. Besides, odds are far more likely to not get hurt than they are to get hurt.

What year in the last 10 years were they supposed to be good? Notre Dame has been a joke for a long time compared to it's historical prestige.. You can thank team officials for holding to their high standards of academic principles and their lousy Athletic Directors and coaches over that time as well.

Their backup from last year who got kicked off the team for stealing a laptop (and then when the campus police knocked on his door he thought he'd be smooth by tossing it out of his 4th floor window but obviously that didn't work) Cam Newton was taller, weighed more, stronger, and faster than Tebow. I don't know where he is now but Cam Newton is a fucking beast.

Their backup now is John Brantley who is a redshirt sophomore and is supposed to be really good

Yeah Brantley is good, committed to Texas first, until his girlfriend got a scholarship from Florida...

Thats ok though, we got Gilbert.

The history of college football is replete with stories of backups who were supposed to be really good. Florida w/o Tebow is highly beatable imo.

Same thing the Sooners and the Eagles said...

I don't follow you, what? What do the Sooners and Eagles have to do with what I am claiming?

Are you talking about the Sooners THIS year? They also lost a first round draft pick TE, and have less talent leftover on their team than Florida does, so sounds like you are coming up with examples that don't compare well to the claim I made about Florida.

Seems like you are digging deep to find criticism. You need to find a proven commodity at backup QB? Can you list how many top programs have a proven commodity at backup QB?
