I'm good with coaches as an addition, however, I do not believe you should only be able to make a coach with a retired player. It should simply be another position and it really only needs to be 3-5 slots not 10.

I somewhat agree, although still, the rich get richer here applies. I only agree on the limited part.

if it was simply another position and only something like 3-5 per team I could tolerate it. otherwise I am 100% against this coaches idea.

The coach must build a player on the team he represents. Offensive or Defensive player according to coaching abilities. If the coach has no ties to the team with his own flex, to make a player he is worthless. Put your flex where your mouth is.

I've actually chosen "Yes, as long as coaches can also be created earlier than 440 days old, and let's take another season to compile more suggestions."

I'd like to see an implementation plan that is complete instead of just "throwing this idea out there" and I'd like it to be open to more than just Season 1 players if it is going to happen.
