No doubt in my mind that coaching will fuck up the sim more-so to some degree.

If there really are 2,000 teams in GLB (is that really accurate?) then wouldn't we need over 20,000 coaches for an even playing field? how is that even going to happen...

I'm very tempted to go to Pee Wee leagues to avoid all this guessing game BS along with the horrible gameplay at the top levels. We'll see how S12 goes first.

I think coaches should have the ability to accelerate veteran ability development. More VP's would surely make this game better.

Obviously coaches will gravitate towards the WL and Pro Leagues at first. They will slowly move down leagues as more seasons worth of players hit day 440.

And ya, it will be interesting to see how this works. I'd have much rather seen a limit of 3 coaches per team rather than 10. Maybe if there are a lot of coaches later on it could have been increased to 5 with a restriction on how high the last 2 can be (Asst OC and Asst DC or something have to be < 5 seasons as a coach)

Another example of waiving around a shiny new feature to keep people interested rather than fixing problems that have been around since day 1 and are either impossible or very labor intensive to deal with.

I made this decision last week. Hoping to get into a league that is competitive and not one full of slow builders....if that even exists.

What do you guys think about that chemistry feature? I think it's lame and should go away.

I can see how in the NFL chemistry is important as you have a small number of starters and players that really make up the identity of the team, but here it's more like just building an army and just going for numbers of people, rather than trying to build an actual team identity.

Chemistry is weird but is needed or young teams would never take a shot at pro/wl.

Gold is pretty competitive.

Pee Wee is too easy. I got bored of it quick after winning two gold trophies in two seasons.

Was super easy then, I didn't do jack shit and won 2 out of 3 years, Gold is actually taken seriously though.

Cash grab plain and simple.

I would just like the ability to create a league where you could invite and keep the same teams year in and year out. At this point a lot of us know who the good members/owners/players are. IMO it would be fun to keep those same folks around much like a college conference. The recruiting aspect of this game has sucked ass from the beginning. The mystical USA Pro was highly sought after for seasons now it is the World League. The newer low level teams will never reach the Pros or WL no matter how sucessful they are.
