the Boston Patriots get another opportunity to even the ledger when we play them in another scrimmage in the FTW tourney very soon, then maybe yas can justify that statement for the s8 league?!? ...the Butte Pirates deserves a mention also!

We still have to play the Butte Pirates and even the Little Rio Falcons are looking good so I am not going to toot our horn just yet because we are in a tough silver league I believe.

no excuses, but that only evens up the ledger ...only been a cpl of points innit in each game ...I wouldn't say it proves anything except that luck was on your side for that game ...maybe you might get another chance in the final for a decider?!?;D

The interesting part is that only 1 team from each league goes up to Gold, and other than a few horrible teams that should never have been in Gold, the teams that come down will also be solid. WIth the restructure Gold will only get stronger as the weak teams get bounced and replaced by real Gold teams and if you happened to be unlucky, you could have a gold-worthy team that never gets there as each Silver league should have 2-4 excellent teams in the next few seasons.

Does anyone know if there will be sideways shuffle in the leagues? I imagine that with attrition the majority of 1/2-decent copper teams re-upping will get moved to silver, and obviously the silver winners will move up to gold. But they aren't going to switch up the re-upping silver teams each year are they?

I guess I'm wondering if those 2-4 good teams in each silver league will get to continue to slug it out with each other.

Can the Cherrypoppers get some love out of Silver 3? We beat the DSBM by a narrow 9-7. We are only in our second year, and the coordinators are only in their second year. We dont have the history a lot of you guys do, but I feel we are making some waves.

For sure, especially the silver tourney, which only allowed silver teams. Although some of the teams up here didn't compete, quite a few did, so we'll see.

Yeah, I wish Final Thought had entered that. We're still alive in the Official & FTW tourney...so we'll see how those go.
