We do what we can

Although, the loss doesn't hurt as bad considering only 4 East teams won so we didn't lose that much ground. Although we have OFG next so who knows.

Coming off of a 12-4 AAA record and a limp into Pro, the Battalion have a chip on their shoulder to prove themselves. The Woody's on the other hand are hungry after missing the playoffs s10 with a 9-7 record. Look for the Woody's to give the Battalion their first of many lumps this season.

48-13 Columbus

Someone was way off on that one. I guess you were talking about the lumps we put in our coffee? lol

I wouldn't get cocky, you have a killer 5 games coming up.

Dread City Diabolicals vs New Brunswick Scarlet Knights
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713113&mode=pbp&hide=1

Dread is coming off a rough 3-13 season, but they are hoping that a year of USA Pro under their belt along with an improves roster can pump them into the playoffs. The Knights on the other hand are coming off of a 12-4 record in AAA#2 along with a magical playoff run where they took their conference. Look for the new guys to take this game, though if DCD is serious about a turnaround, this is a game they need to win.

31-27 Scarlet Knights (Was less Offense than that, but you had the right team, Wise!)

New Jersey Battalion vs Columbus Woodys
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713114&mode=pbp&hide=1

48-13 Columbus (Ouch! You definitely missed that one by a million miles)

Laredo Lesbians vs Richey Royals
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713115&mode=pbp&hide=1

What kinda team mascot is a Lesbian, jeez. Fortunately they lucked out and drew the retooling Royals week 1.

65-7 Laredo (Easy one for you)

South Otto Mice vs Kamper Rentals
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713121&mode=pbp&hide=1

Last season the Kampers proved that they were ready for Pro, while the Mice proved that they were not yet ready. I would put this as close to a lock for the west with Dravz leading the way against one of the east's most unimpressive offenses.

35-10 Kampers (Was closer than that, but good team choice)

San Francisco Demons vs Timpanogos Thunder
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713122&mode=pbp&hide=1

The Thunder are another 12-4 AAA team that perhaps was moved up before they were ready. Fortunately for them, so are the Demons. I predict a shootout between both of these fresh faced teams.

41-38 Thunder (You had confidence in them, they showed you that)

CCCC vs WSI
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713124&mode=pbp&hide=1

CCCC is the best AAA team coming up with quite a few studs. WSI is gutted but still here for reasons I cannot comprehend.

255-0 CCCC (We wont talk about it)

North Arkansas Naturals vs Nashville Hounds
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713125&mode=pbp&hide=1

The Hounds really proved themselves with an 11-5 record on their first stint in Pro. Of course NAN didn't look too shabby either with a 10-6 record before they got stomped by the Shockers. Due to mostly gut I predict the Hounds take this one and it won't be particularly close.

37-21 Hounds (Got it almost on the money, a TD transformed into a FG would have got you a perfect prediction)

Naked Mole Rats vs San Diego Demolition
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713127&mode=pbp&hide=1

The Demolition finished 9-7 their first year in Pro but narrowly missed the playoffs, while the Rats are up here from AAA for their first game. 9-7 in Pro>>>>13-3 in AAA, the Demo will take this np....

45-7 Demolition (It was closer than that, like I would have expected from them, but good team choice)

By Pat2007, the legend, himself

Minnesota Marauders vs Key West Corsairs
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713123&mode=pbp&hide=1

Key West will need to keep an eye on Mo Jones-Drew who nearly ran for 2000 yds last season while running 7.2 YPC. The Marauders will need to take care of Raymond Chung, who had 1318.5 rushing yards last season with the Corsairs, but we all know that the Marauders D only allowed 2 RB to get 100+ rushing yards, Larry Csonka and George Street, so I think they won’t have problems shutting the Key West offense!

41-7 Marauders (They scored more than 41, which is a fail for me)

Detroit Demon Lions vs Carson City Cubes
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713118&mode=pbp&hide=1

Detroit can count once again on their superstar WR, ICECOLD!, who was the league leader in receiving yds with 2379 yds! But they really need to be better than 3-13 to stay here next season! Carson City has Empire Maker to do some damage on the DDL D, he had 2314 rushing yds last year with the Cubes!

Even though the Cubes have a lot of levels behind DDL, their game-planning is very good and they will give a good fight to the Demon Lions

24-21 DDL (Doh! A damn Tie! And some OT AI blunders as well!)

Washington Slashers vs Spokane Privateers
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713112&mode=pbp&hide=1

Slashers are led by their dual-threat HB Fozwhit Charles, who had 1555,5 total yards last season with the Slashers! Spokane are led by their superstar QB, Red Rackham , who had over 6000 passing yds last season in USA AAA2!

It should be an interesting contest for sure, I see the Slashers winning a close one and there will be a lot of TD in this one!

41-34 Slashers (Underestimated the Spokane D on this one, they continue on their hot streak)

Indianapolis Gurupies vs Chicago Hedgehogs
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713116&mode=pbp&hide=1

Gurupies have all the weapons to succeed this year, a good duo of QB, a great duo of RB, some dangerous WR and a tough O-Line to beat! Hedgehogs had a down season but they still have some weapons like WR Joe Monk, who had 1208,5 receiving yds last season!

Gurupies will take care of those Hedgehogs with an excellent 2nd half IMO!

38-17 Gurupies (I was close on this one, good team choice for me)

Portland Aftershocks vs New Jersey Blaze
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713126&mode=pbp&hide=1

Aftershocks are a newcomer in USAPL and they are led by their excellent QB, Brent Falon who had 5146,5 passing yds and 43 TD passes last season! New Jersey has been excellent in their 1st season in USAPL last year and Furious Monotony is one of the best HB in the league, with his 3332,5 total yards and 43 total TD!

Blaze will win this one, it will be close for 3 quarters, but in the end, the talent of the Blaze will prevail in the end!

34-17 Blaze (close yet again on this one of a perfect prediction)

Lincoln Navigators vs ***Official*** Footballguys
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713120&mode=pbp&hide=1

It got to be one of the best matchups in this inter-conference week! Lincoln can still count on their All-Star QB, Riverboat Gamblr, who had 4557,5 passing yds last year! OFG still have their stud HB Big Shirley, who had 1711 rushing yds last year with the Footballguys!

The last time those 2 teams faced in a non-scrimmage game was in Week 1 of Season 8, when Lincoln did beat OFG 34-28 but both teams have changed a lot since then! 1 thing for sure, there will be pain, sweat and maybe some blood in this game, which OFG will win IMO!

28-24 OFG (Kudos Lincoln, you controlled OFG for 3 quarters)

Washington Bullets vs Washington Wolfpack
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713117&mode=pbp&hide=1

How can the city of Washington have 3 teams in USAPL? Really? Anyway, if you want to beat the Wolfpack, one of the main things to do is to stop George Street, but it was tough last season to do so (2302 rushing yds and 29 TD), I can’t think that it will be easier to do this season! Bullets still have one of the best DE in USAPL, in Ken Cote (64 Sacks, 13 FFum)!

It is the Hazy Bowl (OC both squads) and I think that it will be close, but Street will run a lot in the 4th and the Wolfpack will prevail!

24-14 Wolfpack (very close of another perfect prediction here)

Alpine Golfers vs Northwest Nighthawks
http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713119&mode=pbp&hide=1

Another interesting contest here, it will be a battle between 2 very good HB, Running With the Devil (1564,5 rushing yds with the Golfers last season) for Alpine and Vlad Tanker (2252,5 rushing yds last year in AAA2 with the Nighthawks) for Northwest!

It will be decided in the end of the 4th, I see Northwest barely edging Alpine and getting their 1st win in USAPL!

24-21 Northwest (Can I laugh now? Can I laugh now?)
