I don't know if this is brought up, but when you vote for someone, don't have all the Linebackers on the left side...or the Defensive Ends all on the left side.
Make sure each Linebacker/Ends played at a each spot...it gets pretty lame if they pick the three Linebackers with the most tackles, which is generally the left side.
