If your going to make it part of the current league structure, promotion need to be mandatory just like they are for all other leagues. If you go 20-0 in USA AAA you don't get the choice to stay there because you don't wanna get raped in Pro, give me a break.
It also kills me that some teams from other regions want frozen fan support in the WPL, so they don't loose the 100/100/100 numbers that they "earned". Teams in USA Pro have been playing the top teams and getting their support hammered, so why just because your in a garbage region without great competition, should you not get hammered as well at the top league? Garbage imo...

As far as fan support, I'd guess Minnesota has one of the worst high-income fan supports of any team in GLB. They are a Season 1 Pro team that never had the luxury of ripping off HUGE winning streaks to artificially inflate their high income support.
The whole fan support concept is horrible.

It's nothing with people thinking they "earned" stuff it's just a shitty system. There definitely should be certain minimums on fan support in AAA, Pro, and WPL. Or maybe a system that adjusts only after 4 game stretches like endorsements do. If you go 1-3 on that stretch, fan support goes down a tiny bit, if you go 3-1 it goes up a little, and if 2-2, it stays the same. It's stupid that the only way to get real fan support is to go on 10+ winning streaks. That doesn't reflect how fans support teams at all. Same for saying that a AA team on a 20 game win streak will have a ton more fans than a 11-5 Pro team.

If the World League does actually happen, then Cincinnati's enjoyed the competition here for the past 5 seasons. We've played against some of the best GLB has to offer in by far the best league in the game. World League or not, we'll always be USA Pro.

True. There are some very good teams, but there are some mediocre ones by USA Pro standards. Then there are some teams that would get flat out destroyed here. The mediocre ones will stay afloat by feeding on the bottom.
