yeah you know me for a fact. My bad computing skills? I'm a IT Technician have been for 5 years. I've only got an associates degree in Computer Networking so I'm not going to go out saying I'm a genius. Just because I'm not a programmer and don't do anything on that end doesn't mean that I suck at computing. TBH I think your "joke" is bogus but it is what it is. I'll just leave it at that. I just don't like smug arrogant little pricks like you. That's why I respond like a dick. In a way it's my fault for being a dick but in a way it's your fault for being that type of person..

My team is perfect the way it is, I couldnt ask for anything more. These guys are great and short of a few inactives they are all coming to work and at least doing their part, regardless of how futile it is on the scorboard, but we have principles here and integrity and we still play the game the best way that we can despite the other conditions. I couldn't be prouder of the guys we have here and what we have accomplished and I am just smitten with our current standing as a team (not the standings you may use to define our quality). I have a nice crop of loyal guys and I couldn't be happier with where we are at as a team. Our team rocks!

For comparison, here's just the USA teams from my matrix-style rankings. They count the tournament games, which is why teams like SDL and TxR are up a little higher than otherwise. Overall I'm pretty happy with the relative rankings that it's spitting out right now for USA. I'd personally probably have the Shockers at #1, but I can at least see the argument that MEM has played more tough games (but not very many more). I might also argue that HHW/Lincoln should be above Indy and the O, but maybe not. Anyways:

001) 17-1 .. 9-1 ... 5-1 ... 1.10308 ... Monmouth Evil Monkeys (USAPL)
002) 15-0 .. 7-0 ... 4-0 ... 1.07445 ... Cincinnati Shockers (USAPL)
004) 16-1 .. 5-1 ... 2-1 ... 1.00372 ... Washington Wolfpack (USAPL)
008) 13-3 .. 6-3 ... 2-2 ... 0.96498 ... Minnesota Marauders (USAPL)
009) 17-2 .. 5-2 ... 1-1 ... 0.96496 ... Indianapolis Gurupies (USAPL)
011) 15-3 .. 6-2 ... 3-2 ... 0.94409 ... ***Official*** Footballguys (USAPL)
014) 14-3 .. 3-3 ... 0-2 ... 0.90636 ... Honolulu Hurricane Warriors (USAPL)

Also, when you are 1-9 you SOS is slightly better because you losing to those teams makes their record better increasing your SOS. When you beat everyone, you make their record worse. Ya dig?

It was the same argument in the BCS a few years ago where beating a top 10 team caused them to drop out of the top 15 making the win not look as good and that kinda garbage. It's not a perfect system but it's something.

Relegation? Never! lol

We can stave that off for a long time!

Besides, Gronert has actually asserted himself into a position of power here. He sees an opportunity to step in and take some aggressive control so pretty much our future for the short term is going to be up whatever he wants to do. I'm not going to personally recruit any players over our 40 man count, so whatever else he ends up doing next year is his call for now - and some new GMs that he has just brought on board.

Wait do these power rankings seriously think we have the worst ranked defense in the league? Really?

That is an excelent idea. Your team gets to possibly compete with a full roster by someone elses doing yet at the same time your hands are clean of this evil act.

LOL, well I am employing and authorizing Gronert, so I'm responsible for anything that he does, so I wouldn't say my hands are clean in that sense.

Having a 55 man roster isn't an "evil act", it's just something I didn't have any interest in. Well Gronert does have an interest in it and saw an opportunity to take an initiative with running the team and putting his mark on it (as he did before as a GM for us in previous seasons).

This is the first time I've ever allowed anybody to have control over the team, and I wouldn't likely have done something like that with anybody but Gronert, and that's just because I've known Gronert for a long time and he's one of my very most favorite GLBers out there. He's such a cool dude and a great guy and he wants to have the fun and experience of controlling the team and I can't think of a better guy or more deserving guy to have that opportunity.

I think DDL will do well. I would have never thought you to be one to have such strong feelings for a man. It is at least nice to see that this relationship could blossom into a possitive thing for your team. Good Luck.
