lol, the misuse of sarcasm/satire and imply/infer always makes me correct the usage, not just on message boards!

Lol the one that gets me is the fact that people have no idea what irony really is. I mean, someone will trip and fall on their face because they are carying heavy books and then they will say "oh, thats ironic!"

And i'm like, NO ITS NOT! It would be ironic if he was carrying books about balance.

ironic has become the most over and improperly used word in the last few years

it actually makes me die a little inside
