I can't decide my RBs never trained vision much less stuck points in it yet they do great playing against guys much higher level. I don't want to pump their vision up and then they start to suck because i know first hand how horrible vision was for RBs a few seasons ago.

With a lot of vision or none?

the latter (although due to his high level, I'm sure he has some obviously)

Low vision compared to what everyone suggests for his level

Personally I think vision is pretty important for an elusiveback. That's the one thing my level 38 HB is missing at the moment and it doesn't seem as though he makes full use of his speed and agility.

Are you taking about Pierre Thomas? If it is, I can say based on experience playing against him that he does extremely well without high vision.

I have heard that vision works good if you want to use the super elusive setting

I have heard the same. I have several backs, Pierre is now playing with some elusive type stuff and is no longer a power back.

Hung is even faster and more agile and I'm thinking of using him on super elusive.

Breaking Shoulders is purely a power back and I'm not touching vision for him.

I've spent way too much time and money building the first two and I don't exactly want to experiment with two level 50 highly successful RBs. Too bad I don't have my own test server to find out. I guess I can build two equal backs, spend the entire day rolling them, build them the same for 5 months and drop a combined $100 on them and get the answer...nah, no advantage to the test server.

the mere fact that a ton of people have success with very little vision indicates pretty strongly in my mind that its unnecessary. people with high vision and success just confirm that its not a waste, not that it is an actual benefit. i would think you can be successful either way, although the risk of having no improvement to me outweighs the potential benefit.

Power Backs only need Vision to 40 so they can pick up the VA Short Yardage Monster. After that it is better to build up STR to 90+, Carry to 70+ and then SPD/AGI to 50 or 60+.

I only own a powerback and he has very low vision and No vision type VA.

He averages 7.5 yds per carry and 9.7 receiving for his career -

What's this magical "test server" you speak of?

you prob need vision

and you should prob do a bit of testing to figure out how much you want

and you prob want to avoid most of the advice you receive on these forums because you generally just find a lot of bullshit

You don't need much. And it's a hindrance.

Deciding factor IMO

It's a shame the guy with Pot in his name is using it correctly.

Pot makes you smarter.
