Vice City is one of them; they handily won League #1 two years in a row, presumably got bored and left. The sad part is, PeeWee has a lot of potential and offers a lot more parity (and fun IMHO) if it was handled better.

i love the ability to buy a team at the end of any regular season....please don't change it!

a pyramid structure would be a solution to this issue tho.

I stand corrected...first time in League #1 so I probably mixed up some teams. Sorry!

I'm new here, so I AM curious why there is such a waiting list for team ownership when there are so many CPU run teams.
How does this happen and why?

Because teams are only handed out at the end of one season...

Actually I think it has more to do with multis, they create a multi, get the 400 flex and put their name on a wait list for a peewee team, they either feel guilty and never sign back in or they forget what their multi username and password was. This explains why some players who were 650 on the wait list got a team while there were only 520 teams to be handed out.
