I made those rankings based on the matchups, not based on who i thought was best overall. At this point BLPP and ESL have the track records and tactics needed in order to beat Emmaus. I play for SM so I dont find any disrespect in it. And yes i did assume that ESL and BLPP would play. But at this point when everything is just in the beginning phase there is no harm in it.

Sulf is right about the 100% commitment. We need to put our best foot forward and if people arent going to do everything possible to win, don't bother joining the challenge.

As much as it pains me to say ESL is king of SEAPL, so you guys naturally assume 1 when it comes to these things.


As for BLPP. joe87 is the OC DC recruiter whatever. occasionally we talk about things. i try to scout for him but he does all the work so it is really his choice on whether not he wants to take on another game. I have no doubt in my mind that he is 100% focused on winning the league championship and nothing short of that

I wasn't going at you or anything just making a general statement. CMMs performance last year was enough to include them in my list.

Hazy's isn't that bad, but being in the PWT which is at the least 3 games it can get really time consuming. We will see though. If we don't make the bracket round, then we will definitely do the league to league challenge

Nah, I didn't take it personally. Truth is, we were embarrassed by that loss and definitely want a chance to show out a little better for SEA

Hey at least CMM didn't go what PDD did. We had a huge lead going into the 2nd half and then we hit a brick wall and they scored somewhere around 30 unanswered points to win

Nope, we just lost something like 70-0, like we were playing the Marauders or something

Guys, can we stop embarrassing ourselves? If you want to do it for fun make like a 20 team tourney so everyone who wants to can join and if you lose you lose. But trying to gain respect is going to fail.....again. Let's just do some fun things to try to keep teams in this league, and worry about gaining respect once we can keep 15 or so teams here more than 2 seasons.

It all sounds fun now but I can nearly guarantee you ESL will have a blank scouting thread for the game for this and i'm sure other teams will as well. No need to keep proving how crappy our league is because no one has the time/will put in the time for these tourneys.
