I don't agree, and coming from someone with no experience building HB's I wouldn't take it for truth.
Low vision results in bowling straight ahead and not using blockers, or juking. This is a speed back.
im doing the aforementioned experiment ... although not so extreme. i have agil at 72 and have been training speed. then i planned carrying and vision. then more agil, confidence. hard without money from a team though

I'm building this guy as we speak level 4 capped agility first...the problem is no good training combos for capping speed 2nd..but i'm gonna lay off strength in favor of carrying..the SA's for elusive all seem to require high agility...3rd capping agility btw...gonna SSB him on the bench of my team cuz this will be hard to pull off
