I'm not worried about it myself. The fact that 'one' person isn't happy isn't going to really throw up red flags when he's only one of 2 or 3 agents we've had since Season 1 who have been upset and wanted to leave.

I usually wouldn't do it, but when a guy sends me a PM stating he's not happy and then goes on to mention how much he's talking to guys on your next opponent, I feel I owe it to the rest of the team to ensure that nothing happens to compromise our chances of success.

Why wouldn't he be off-forum for the one game? Seems pretty straightforward to me... and like no big deal either.

To me it says you don't trust the player and you don't feel he has the ethics to do the right thing.

He was only removed from the forum for this game AFTER he made it clear how upset he was and pointed out how much he was talking to his buddies on SDL.
This is really much ado about nothing. And I'm sorry if I put the interests of a bunch of guys who have been with us since Season 1 and put in a shit ton of effort to build this team into what it is ahead of a guy who I don't know very well and has been here for less than 1 season. A guy who has already expressed not being happy (his main beef that he brought to my attention being that we didn't give him advice on where to put 9 pts) and made it clear he's talking to guys on the team we're playing, in a critical game.
Hell, I'll be honest about it and upfront. Maybe I don't trust a guy in that situation. Sue me

And why didnt you, as a very well respected agent who helps people with builds and gameplanning (MB bears) not help a guy with a simple question about his build when it would enhance your teams chances of BEATING the very team he used to play for.
