If it's Lincoln/Chicago/Texas, then whoever wins Chicago/Texas would hold H2H so I would like to HOPE that would be the rule.

(edit: that would be Chicago)

You would think, and that's how it SHOULD be, but I don't think it is. I think it's total points scored out of the 3 teams.

OU, Texas, Tceh anyone?

Kinda unexciting for the playoffs to be mapped out week 12 in the west. Perhaps I should lose out on purpose in an effort to make it more interesting... As if I have a choice, lol...

All this talk is nonsense. Lincoln won't get in. Chicago won't lose to BSB week 16. Nuff said.

Texas holds a near 500 point lead in points scored over Parma and Lincoln. I'm not worried

Lincoln has the Vaqueros, Spicewood (CPU) and NY-CA in last 3 weeks. Your 500 points lead are pretty meaningless.

Edit.: Just to make it clear, I just don't think Lincoln is going to make it anyway, but saying that you have 500 points lead is just stupid at this point. Seriously.

Is it? It's actually a 560pt lead right now. Let's figure the 255pts for Spicewood, give them 80 against NY-CA, and a generous 100 against Dallas.

That's 435pts right there. I don't know who their 4th opponent is but as it stands, it looks like they'd have a hard time making up the 560pts even if we don't score a single point in our last 4 games.

It's not quite as stupid as you may think it is. 560pts is still a lot of points.

I do respect them, but I do analyse things without looking into how much I like them or what-so-ever. They have been struggling whole season, anyone could see that but seems like I'm the only one who actually did ffs.

I'd like our chances in a 3 way tie. Isn't the first tie-breaker total points scored?

h2h first and then points scored.

Not 3 way for one spot. It's points scored.

Not really, unless they all have 1 win and 1 loss against each other. I mean...

Let's say (I didn't look into record or whatever and seriously don't remember, so this is just HYPOTHETICAL):

CH win over TR and lose to LVF
TR win over LVF and lose to CH
LVF win over CH and lose to TR

And they all end with the same record, then it goes for points scored, because H2H wouldn't decide it. (I mean, they all would be 'tied' on h2h).

If CH and TR both had won over LVF, they'd be ranked above him because they win on H2H. Then the first place would be decided on H2H between those 2 teams.

Anyone else understood it?

BTW you guys are only 403 Points ahead of Lincoln in regular season points. Which is what it should go by being that Scrimmages don't count. So it's a VERY slim possibility they could catch you but by even your logic they could make 435 points in 3 of 4 games and I think they could put up about 60 on BSB if it all went well for them. 495 - 403 = 92 if you guys lose out and score less than 23 ppg on average you could be booted. The only problem to this logic is that BSB won't beat Chicago so your head to head with Lincoln will win it for you...
