Doesn't bother me a bit either way. It's the nature of competition. If I make a prediction, I expect to get razzed if I'm wrong. That's the price you pay for throwing it out there. If you dish out a turkey, you ought to be ready to eat the crow that gets served.

LOL Like motivation means anything to a bunch of bits on a computer simulating it. I did make a comment that they did look like the best team early on. Teams change quite a bit week to week, especially with lower level teams. Dallas became better as time went on. Not surprising that they won. Let's see if they can win when it actually matters.

Actually, motivation can have a greater effect than you might imagine. Everyone can level and everyone can train and make those bits on the computer have higher values. But doing research to investigate how differing builds affect performance is something the computer won't do for you. Developing those into schemes that will take those individual roles and make them a cohesive unit are things humans have to do for themselves. And getting the members to agree to develop their players in ways that enhance their performance in those roles, rather than what the individual may think is best for themselves, is something that comes from human interaction.

The stats are just the numerical results of our efforts. It's the quality of those efforts that set teams apart.
