Maybe in time it will balance out and be a true sim closer to reality, but codeing takes time.

A lot of D-line player owners are just getting a bit impatient because this problem has been going on for a good few seasons now, and it's only very recently that it has even gotten the slightest bit of legitimate attention as being broken.

This game will never achieve realism. Every 'fix' Bort implements can and will be exploited, which will then result in another fix. See the pattern?

Well you can call it broke but when D-line guys are built like LBs and LBs are built like safteys and CBs are built like WRs,maybe its the builds and not so much the game.

Exactly what I'm saying. The builds will never be realistic, so neither will the sim.

I hear what you are saying...but really you need to play in some pro leagues where the game is a whole different animal before you put too much weight into your observations. The game is much different at level 50+

Hmm. Interesting observation from someone with a pile of level 1 players?

Screw realism. If the DL is the only spot that needs realism, why bother? I think we'd like to see realism in the way players function, not necessarily stats. Singling out 2 positions because people bitch about big stats against gutted teams is ridiculous. Listening to the realism whiners won't put cash in Bort's pocket. The second that a vocal minority started asking for "realistic" stats, the game started going backwards.

Man, there is one of you in every thread isn't there.

The testing has been done, it's documented in the test blog, go read it if you really don't believe any of this, but it's getting old trying to explain it over and over again.

Just cause you spent $1000 and have 6000 players doesnt make you the all mighty of GLB,besides its an open forum and just opinions.

I am talking about D-linemen with 3 attributes over 75 by a little to a lot, 2 more well over 60, and the rest in the low to mid 50's.
