Seems to be working so far, the pain has lessened or that could be a side affect from having to take vicoden 3 times a day for a totally unrelated matter.
No cardio for me though, I got asthma and can't do that running shit. I tried and some skinny bitch cranked her treadmill up everytime I sped mine up, jsut having to one up me, LOL. Not too fuckin hard really what's the point, I'm 5'5" and weigh 205 lbs, I have lost 10 pounds though, and am not trying, I don't really care about losing weight just want to get bigger,
Free weights >>>>>> equipment. equipment targets specifics, free weights recruit stabilizers. so both have purpose, but stick to free weights as primary
