no trolling, was asking serious questions

can't really get to the free weights. The serious lifters are always hogging them all. It's a tight nit bunch that are always there when I get there. We all must get off work at the same time so I'm stuck using the chick machines.

but I'm an alcoholic so any day to day regimen would need to include drinking beer everyday. It does have protein and carbs in it and a couple vitamins.

over trainging is worse then undertraining

stretch after not before every weight training session

5 minute warm up and cool down for every session

eat a decent meal about an hour before you work out.

depends what your goal is...

Summer time... rocking it hard at the pool side.

I work out about 1 to 1 1/2 hours 4 days/week

20-25 mins for cardio to start each work out and get the heart pumping (doing all out sprints for 1 min every other 4 mins)

I do enough weight where I can hit 12-18 times x 4 sets about 2-3 body parts per day (depends how I feel)

some like that stocky look
some like the cut look
some are just dam skinny and look cut but no hard muscle behind it
some like that no neck look
