Which is the way it should be. A lot of familiarity would be nice.

Cosign on this big time. We worked our asses off to go from a gutted team to a decent team and we played over our heads in the playoffs and then got promoted and were most definately not ready for prime time. That season was brutal and cost us some solid players who were afraid we were heading back to the days when it was gutted.
