If you truly do know anything about health and fitness you know the difference between the two outlooks and therein lies the breakdown in communication. We both refer to "health" or "fitness", but for every term used we have differing definitions for them. I wasn't trying to be sly, rather simply pointing out the difference between cosmetic and health. I believe the first thing mentioned was that I thought it odd that you mention healthy eating seemingly to imply dieting and consuming protein shakes in the same breath, and it still seems odd to me. In my experience i've only seen people drinking protein shakes as part of a diet geared towards gaining muscle mass. You had a different experience of using it as part of diets meant to keep slim, and while I still don't agree that it's healthy to use supplimental shakes as meal replacements, I can understand that some people see health from the outside in and in this light you could argue it's health. I disagree with that thinking on a base level, but arguing the point is futile as neither side is likely to relent.

The reason I made comment of it is it's become a trend with you. You dogged someone for being underweight and scrawny and I more or less let it go. Then I see here that you're making fun of someone else for being overweight inbetween posting about how other posters are envious of your picture and a pattern seems to be developing. And at the center of that pattern was you acting like a douche, maybe what I was seeing was the tail end of bickering that took place elsewhere and the douche-baggery was comming from all sides and it just happened that most of your antics took place on this forum so it made a worse impression than it would've had the whole scene been available, but from the angle I had to view it... well you get the point.

no you are right, I am a big time douche bag. But I was going after a lowlife who banned me for 2 days, and who is the biggest hypocrite known to man, Also both people I attacked dropped personal attacks on me before I opened up my arsenal of fat, outta shape, yellow stained teeth smack. But you are 100% wrong, meal replacements are extremely healthy, and contain more nourishment than can be attained through "Hole foods:" without a huge weight gain. I guess you could eat 10lbs of veggies a day but nothing to that extreme would be good either. Either way you are wrong about meal-replacements.G-Nite Sloth, hopefully I have you on a spit in my dreams. I am starving!

"Hole foods" eh. I guess meal replacements would be better than food with holes in it.

Life savers count as a fruit imo. Sure they might not have any fruit in them or any nutritional value, but they taste fruity and they have holes, therefore they must be a fruit and holefood.

Nice job hijacking our thread, err wait is this a rankings thread? Or a Fitness America thread? hmm. Either way NBA Jam moves into final 4 of the 34 capped tourney, destroying a higher leveled USA A team.

Thats false. I really wish I was 17. I would venture to guess Darkus black told you that, If that is true forward me the pm, and I will paypal you $15 on the spot. He is 1 step away from perma ban, and that is just the evidence I would need. He has it out for me because I got him banned for 2 days. He banned me so I got him banned for same amount of time. Let me see that pm, and Ill send funds. He also is very insecure about himself, bc he is hideous looking, and does not know what a salad, or a protein shake is. I don't think that guy has seen his shoes when he pees in about 10 years

What is this? Something is very wrong here dpride. A couple of things, I never got banned for two days - why would you even think that? Also, don't flatter yourself that I would PM anyone about you. I had a little laugh when I got sent a link to this thread though.

As for insecurities, it says more when someone insists that everyone looks at photos of their body in the hope that they will get a little compliment. I quite like your weird little beady eyes though.
