Esen is/used to be the WEPL Moderator and I sent him a Pm last season to sticky a thread or two and he did it. I sent him a similar PM request a week ago to unsticky the old WEPL v World Thread and to sticky this one and the WEPL Team Histories thread but he hasn't signed on in a week. Maybe Koncorde can do it, but I'm not sure if there are forum specific rights.
