If you think Beer Town or any other team is doing something that is hampering the development of their team I wouldn't argue it and point it out, especially if you may face them in the playoffs(minus us of course!). Having starters get a larger number of plays will probably give you better stats for a win vs playing backups. Thus by playing backups your "power" rankings based primarily off stats may be lower or setting team/indiv settings to more conservative options.
It's his system so he sets up the weighing you could argue maybe sacks/hurries are weighed to heavily in comparison to say yardage/points given up by a defense. I think someone else posted another stats ranking using a different system and came up with different ranks. Dth posted rankings off his opinion based on W-L records and who they've played an came up with different rankings too. Wouldn't worry to much about it.
