you can be a cap 21 team with 23-25 guys. ive seen a couple of teams with guys way too high for this tournament though, like guys in the 30s, so i might have to drop those teams. but this is a cap 21 tournament, so if youre in the acceptable range then youre fine.

We're 21 capped. We've been in EE BBB#11 last season and gained promotion, second season team here. Look at the lvls!

count the Black Sea Bullies in. we didnt do too good last season, but we made some key additions and id really like to test my team out in this tournament.
