I think lawdawg95 said you would win 10 or 11. He must have more confidence in the Nats than you do

i was hoping too...we are a fast offensive team built for the pass...this season would have been right on for us...oh well. i have no control over it.

I'll jump in and say, as the owner, that this is going to be freaking difficult just to keep up. We're like the fat girl at the dance..... just happy to be here.

I don't expect much credit because we had a lousy regular season. There were a lot of behind the scene problems we encountered that threw us way off on top of a sim that wasn't friendly to the passing teams. We straightened some issues out when the playoffs came along and I think we proved we were one of the better teams by beating Fresno and Oklahoma back to back. I don't know that Bevo can take what happened last season and say that season 9 they would be a better team than us though. Heck we went 16-0 and then lost 3 games the next season. Sims change a lot. We're making some big changes to hopefully put us in a decent position to win some games. 11? No. That's someone else's prediction. I'd be happy with 6-8.

not saying there arnt exceptions, but a team more established does better by growing at a slower rate. IMO

Chicago Hedgehogs, San Diego Lightning, OTR Red Dots, Carolina Hammer.

Most teams that moved up without a trophy are doing very well.

the overall BEST teams are ones WITH trophies though.

yes i agree 4 wins is too low. i want to officially change my prediction to ZERO wins. only kidding, 6-9 wins range IMO, just dont think that with two quarterbacks you can automatically make the playoffs.

that's kind of insulting you don't know what the sim will be like plenty of team come up without a trophy and do well and we're combing offense's with oklahoma

not saying we're going to be great but more than 4 wins is likely

I'd say anywhere from 8-11 wins. If the passing game improves like many think, you're probably looking at 10 or 11 wins.

4 is being ridiculous.

A very good team or two is going to get 4-5 wins or less in the west next year. I'm not saying its gonna be the natty's (as i don't know much about them) but they are nowhere near immune to having a bad season.

Heck, the vikings and lighning combined to go 3-0 against you in season 7, and they went 7-9 and 9-7 respectively last season. I'm not saying the naturals don't have the potential to be a playoff team, but to say that they are anywhere close to guaranteed to get 8+ wins is retarded.

Hell, I went into last season with the Hedgehogs missing the playoffs as a real possibility. We luckboxed into 10-6, but if we want to make the post-season again this year I know damn well we will have to scratch and claw our way to the big show.

Not that it'll necessarily happen, if the natty's start off 0-4 or something like that, please don't gut mid-season, which is what teams tends to do when their expectations are too high.

Off-hand, I'd say the evil monkey's, wolfpack, and maybe the navs are definites to make the playoffs. Then you have perhaps 10 more teams (including yours) who are expected to be highly competitive for a playoff spot. Not to mention the bottom 3 teams all are still very good, and if they did a good job on recruiting fit the S9 sim better, they could be in the race as well.

I know how it is coming up. You've won so much and feel like you are one of the best teams in the game, then people doubt you. Hell at one point my boy CV said the Hedgehogs would get 2 wins last season, lol. But what I'm saying is that there are 13 teams in this league fighting for 5 playoff spots, and its gonna be a war. Hell, two extremely good teams are going to be delegated next season in the west (assuming no guts which isn't likely), and I can guarantee you that at least one of those two teams won't be LV/Parma/Dallas. Hell, if I don't keep my shit together, it could very well be my team.

Moral of the story: Please no one gut mid-season in the west.

My thoughts exactly. Except for this: and maybe the navs are definites to make the playoffs.

We will definitely be in the PO's. As well as the Marauder's and HHW imo.

I kinda think that two QBs is a waste, no matter how good they both are. Those are two damn good QBs, no doubt, just don't really see the reason to have them both on one team.
