Natural Leader
Some players are natural born leaders. Each level of the Natural Leader ability gives a +3% bonus chance for all "General" special abilities (Line General, D Line General, Field General, Defense General) to activate.


I would say it is better off for the defense. Not sure if it is one where they all avtivate only while on the field together or not. The thing is that you would have to depend on other players to pour a lot of Skill Points into SA's to make this worth it. So you would have to be on a good team, with some good guys, and hope you stay together to make this one worth it IMHO

I think you're misreading the VA. For a QB, each level of the Natural Leader ability gives a +3% bonus chance for Field General to activate. It has nothing to do with the guys on your defense.

If an NT gets Natural Leader it will give a bonus to D-Line General. If a C gets Natural Leader, the bonus will go for his O-line General. The QBs Natural Leader will NOT affect the Centers O-Line General SA it will only affect his own SA.
