Wouldn't the toughest league have all the teams like 6-4. If you have alot of teams that are winning all their games, means you have some pretty bad teams in that league, therefore not making it the toughest.

Or it could be the leagues that have all 6-4 teams suck so bad no one can separate themselves from the pack?

BBB #15.. Look at the East's top 4 teams.

Lol, our team is in 5th in BBB#3 and we are better than your top. lol

No, your not!

The only way I can see you having players at those levels is because you already spent all your boosts for this season. Your team sucks!

Besides, you morons have managed to lose 4 games already and we haven't lost 1 yet. I'm pretty sure that makes us better than you.

If someone made a ton of trades to put together the AFC pro bowl team and let them play an entire season together and they lost 4 games, that would mean they are NOT better than any team that has lost 3, 2 or 1!

The BBB #15 All Star Team would own the BBB #3 All Star Team...you guys wouldn't stand a chance!!

Pfft, you are just pathetic. Talking trash about things you don't know. About boosting, lol, you don't know a shit so stfu. Same about the loss.

All that matters are the losses! Everything else is irrelevant!

Your team sucks and so does your league!

I wouldn't be giving you such a hard time if you were in the BBB #16, because there's always that slight chance we'd end up playing you next season, but I just think it's funny to mess with the teams you wont even have a possibility to play for quite awhile. Isn't that basically what this thread intends to promote? A pissing contest among the leagues.

The only chance we have of ever playing you is in the Pro League! Which isn't going to happen because you aren't any better than 5th place in your conference. It'll take you so long to get to the Pros all your players will have to retire!

BTW guys,

Looking at record isn't exactly a fair comparison, when you're just playing teams in your own league.

Wouldn't it go by the highest rated teams? Then 12 it is..

#7, just because it hasn't been mentioned yet.

OK, which leagues are left?

Quoted for Truth.

Twelve is not my league, and yet I can clearly see its the toughest in the BBB. Its got the highest rated team (All-Stars at 33) its got more 30's and 27's and the fewest 24's.

Going by pure team rating... Twelve is heads and shoulders above everyone else. The rest there is little difference in average team rating.

I did... The eastern half of your conference is one of worst conferences in the BBBs. Their is some strength in the west, but not nearly enough to make up for this. Overall the league average is nothing compared to 12's.

BBB #13 Breakdown

Team...........Number of......Number of.......Total
Overall........Teams..........Teams...........for
Rating.........Eastern........Western.........Both
-----------------------------------------------------
33................0.............0..............0
30................1.............2..............3
27................4............11.............15
24...............11.............3.............14
------------------------------------------------------

The eastern half of BBB#13 is one of only a handful to have more teams rated 24 than 27 or 30. The strength is the western conference is above average, but nothing special.

If I get bored enough at work tomorrow I'll type this up for all the conferences/ leagues.

Also - I should note that I do not firmly believe that a teams overall rating is a perfectly accurate measure of how tough they are. Further their is a great deal of variance with-in each score. One 27 can be much much tougher than another 27. The best of the 24's is probably a good deal better than the worst of the 27s. However, I can not find a single example of a 24 beating a 30... so their is SOMETHING to them. With nothing else to go on, I think that average overall rating is probably a fairly accurate measure for the comparative toughness of each league.

EDIT: Edited to make the table more readable.

OK... so the odd numbered Leagues have had one more game than the even numbered at this point. To compare the two is a little apples and oranges. It would be more fair to compare after the sim for the even leagues tomorrow. Thats said... here are the numbers for the odds.

Format is...

division number / average team overall (west) / average team overall (East) / League

1 / 26.44 / 26.44 / 26.44
3 / 27.38 / 26.81 / 27.09
5 / 27.19 / 27.00 / 27.09
7 / 27.00 / 26.81 / 26.91
9 / 26.44 / 27.00 / 26.72
11/ 26.33 / 26.81 / 26.72
13/ 26.81 / 25.13 / 25.97
15/ 26.25 / 26.63 / 26.44

None of these teams have a single team rated 33 overall. There is a single 21 rated team, so that special shout out goes to the Salem Cyber Hawks in the BBB 15 east. Congratulations.

Again, this is without the benefit of a 12th game... heres a look at a few of the even conferences...

2 / 27.00 / 26.25 / 26.63
10/ 26.44 / 26.25 / 26.34
12/ 26.44 / 26.25 / 26.34

No - thats not a typo. 10 and 12 have the exact same averages in each conference. Team break downs as follows...

10 west has 4 30s, 5 27s, 7 24s
10 east has 1 30, 10 27s, 5 24s
12 west has 3 30s, 7 27s, 6 24s
12 east has 1 33, 1 30, 7 27s, 7 24s.

Crunch the numbers yourself, the averages I list are correct. Anyrate... the even leagues are a game of experience behind the odd leagues so I will post their full breakdown tomorrow.

What does all this mean? Probably nothing... but for those who like numbers... there they are.

Note: I say that without looking at a single other league. I am only jumping in and nominating mine.
