You're eligible for the Elite thus you can not play in this one - if you want to sign up for the Elite, do so in that thread.

Only 5 in so far. I added a blurb to the sign up stating if a minimum of 48 teams do not sign up, I reserve the right to cancel this. Get the word out to the lower levels guys and gals!
