I'm not sure if this should be based on numbers. If you have a good team your D is not on the feild much and can't get alot of tackles and PD's. If you look at the def rankings on the Division page you will see all the best teams on the bottom of the list.
The best cb's are those that don't get thrown at due to their close coverage of the WR.

Same goes for most other defense positions.

BTW, we should break this down by conference, my guys don't stand a chance against the numbers being put up in the Eastern Conference . Besides the NFL breaks it down by NFC and AFC.

While I agree with this point being made, it is a list of players who people feel are putting up the best stats. Yes, being on a good team keeps the D off the field quit often. I don't think right now there is any "shut down" corner in this conference. When I say that I mean someone throwing his way should get it picked or have high PDs. I went with tackles, INT and/or fumbles forced.

I would have to say my 3 Running Backs desvere MVP.

He's the reason my FS hasn't had much oppurtunities to make plays. Alot of his tackles come from run support too. I couldn't stand him not getting nominated for all the work he puts in for our defense.

I would love to put Dead Last up for mention. He isn't the highest level player and he doesn't have a lot of tackles and PD's but this is because nobody throws at him and when they do he gets the pick. I have him starting over a level 13 cb and never feel like higher level WR's will get the best of him.

Kevin Millwide has been dominant on the inside of our Dline. He doesn't come away with big stats because most teams don't attempt to run on us and if they do they sure don't try to go inside. He consistently moves double teams and came away with a game changing safety in our last game. He certainly deserves some mention.

I'll throw my DE Aayla Secura into the conversation. 2nd in the league in sacks and has more TFLs.

Funny! I don't know if you need glasses but you tell me players that are selected that are from my team that don't deserve to be there. Plus the majority of the players are from Las Vegas. So do me a favor, if you have no legit options to choose then don't click on this link.

We are talking about your choice of FS, a level 12 FS with 26 tackles, 5 forced fumbles and 5 pass deflections from playing 592 plays this year. Compare that to Seahawks choice a level 12 FS with 21 tackles, 3 ints for 6 yards, 1 forced fumble and 11PDs on a team from playing 586 plays this year.

I prefer Seahawks choice in terms of stats and he gets my nod, if you disagree feel free to however if you disagree feel free to put in the first post, All conference MVPs as chosen by mrodriguez4096

The better of your WRs are about 400 yards and 3TDs shy of an MVP, as to your SS I'd agree with you

My FS has had to make play mostly on short passes and runs. Teams only just recently started throwing long on us, at least to his side of the field. All of my FFs were recovered by my team and if they had counted as tackles too I'd have 31. I'm kind of offended at how much your discrediting my safety.
