He's having a down year because he's in a much tougher league with no gutted teams that he's played yet. It's easy for anyone to get stats when you play chumps since one game can change so much.

Shonn Green's (S7's best p back in USA West) is avg'ing 2.5 YPC less. I can provide more examples if you like, but the top p backs in the game are having "down years."

Again, there were a couple of gutted teams in the west last season.

But I'd like to add I do agree Power backs are a bit weaker than last season. The D-line arm-tackle thing helped neutralize them a little.

Still though, it's the 66 carries thing that is bothering everyone. Too bad injuries weren't implemented .

Yea Galk, you have no idea what its like to carry the ball 66 times while 20-25 rabid, overcharged dots hopped up on the Motiv SA are on the sidelines all yelling "Go Larry Go!!!" simultaneously.

A. Only one motivational speaker can be active at any time.
B. It only procs if BOTH players are on the bench.
C. You can't go over 100 morale and it specifically says "raises morale" not "raises confidence". His confidence will not change.
D. It doesn't say anything about making his energy higher.


If any of those aren't true then it is a bug and should be fixed, midseason or not.

It has nothing to with whether or not he's a power back tbh. It has to do with the fact that he got hit or initiated contact with a tackler 118 times in one game. I don't care who you are, you would be laid the fuck out at that point.

My dot is a dotmate of Larry's and when all the other dots headed out to the bar to celebrate Larry's 66th carry, Larry went straight to the training room. Plus, our dots cheer like sonsofbitches when Larry carries the mail.

the issue is, any team with a powerback can go to a 100% strong I right gameplan, and have a good chance it comes down to the final possession, no matter how much more depth/added dimensions their opposition has.

Seriously, right now, if you are running anything other than strong I with a powerback all game, you're retarded.... Which means, all other players outside of FB's, HB's, OT's, G's, and C's, are virtually worthless on this game.

Well, I am the OP, so stop whining and adjust your builds. No need to nerf Larry, he's already feels like he's lettin' all his dotmates down because he has his lowest YPC this season in four of the past five (seasons). And besides, I already spilled the beans that Motiv. Speaker (VA) is the culprit. I suggest you guys cry to Bort and get a VA reset so that you too can exploit Motiv. Speaker.

I wouldn't say the level of competition Larry has faced would be equal to facing high schoolers, but i wouldn't expect you to admit this.
