I don't think it should matter if you were inactive for 5 days or if you were inactive for a month. Fact remains, he was the GM and it was his responsibility to take care of things while you were out of town. But instead of doing that, he robbed you blind.
Just because his other team was winning doesn't mean he should steal your players. That's pretty pathetic. If anything, his team should have helped YOURS out. Bari was in a higher league.
The admins took action against teams in higher leagues that depleted their roster to beef up teams in lower leagues. That is a highly frowned upon practice in this game. It eliminates fairness. In fact, you may want to tell Bort what happened. I'm sure he'll do something about it.

that's what I would have done at first... but after knowing what he's really about, I'm glad he's freakin gone. I'm not going to worry about.

(i had noticed java was becoming inactive, anyone on barricudas will tell you indy was practically the manager)
dude as the defensive coordinator of the barricuddas i did pu together a game plan every week on our team forum but nobody answered. the piranhas are going to choke in the playoffs no one will feel bad for scum like you guys.

ha! That's funny. He told me he didn't try to recruit any other players when he left. Very interesting.

He isnt-as far as i am aware 3 people left the cuddas (with multiple players). I dont know what javablanco and indy talk about in pm, but all of the players left in one go and thats it. No more players are being stolen (how is that even possible no anyway since indy isnt even at cuddas AND java as manager would have to agree to the trade). Im surprised javablanco didnt try to rectify this mis-understanding himself seeing as he is online, but i guess whatever generates as much hate against the piranhas is good.

Umm, your first post in this topic was trying to get more players from the Barracudas to join you. Not only is that disrespectful to the Barracudas, but you and indy are blatantly trying to overpower an AA team with Pro level players.

And why is it good to be hated? I suppose it would make some sort of sense if you were in the same league, as it would be healthy rivalry hate, but doing things to generate hate from the rest of the game/leagues? Pathetic. You and indy were made for each other.
Is it supposed to be some kind of surprise that you're having a good season playing in EEAA with WEPL players? Is that supposed to be some kind of magical feat?

My first messagewas a quote of the message indy sent me in an attempt to join him. The point behind it was to show the reason why he, and I left -at no point do i mention wanting other people to join me. Also, i am not attempting to generate hate-that quote was how i see things from javas point of view. The fact is that we wanted out-and I would have joined regardless of if piranahs was pro or EEAA-i see the lower league as a disadvantage seeing as I will now have to wait a few seasons to play in the pros again (if the piranhas make it that fasr)

do something to try and rectify this? I did... I sent a PM to support. They said to be more careful about who I choose to be GM. That's why this is so public. I don't want anyone else to get screwed like this.

I now understand why the othe rpeople that left the cuddas havent commented here...my only reaosn to do so was in an attmept to show both sides of the story, which nobody seems interested in. It seems this has turned into a flame war, so i will take my leave as I am no longer part of this league and shouldn't be posting here anyway. I will no longer visit this thread, so if you have anything to say it is better you pm rather than post here as it will be ignored

to clarify... indy told me that WHEN HE LEFT, he didn't try to recruit any additional players. Of course, he couldn't take any other players AFTER he left as GM.. but that's obvious to the intelligent people here. ( Gonkster wanted me to clear that up... I'm sure everyone BUT gonkster got it though)

I see two sides of the story, but only one of those sides is respectable. Fact is, indy sent out a message to other players behind javablanco's back, and convinced the team to leave the Barracudas to join his squad in a lesser league.
I also knew full well what kind of person indy was BEFORE the Bari robbery happened. This only fortifies that sentiment.
Perhaps a few other players also took notice that java wasn't active, but nevertheless, Bari was winning games, and indymajor had the GM capabilities of keeping the team afloat. Indy could have taken Bari into the playoffs and maybe even win a championship, but apparently he had no interest in doing that. His act was selfish, treacherous, and shady.

As one of the former players I am really sorry for what happened, even though it ain't my fault. I left because I bought my own team, which was ok with java (and the former GM). The other option for me was to be traded to the Piranhas for development... You'll understand I am happy I did NOT do that.
