i'm having hell finding players that are an upgrade over what we have. I've recruited maybe 3 guys hard this offseason, struck out on all three but it is tough telling high level guys with great builds they will just be depth. We don't have any holes, I'd feel good starting the season as is today but I sure would like to find a great player at three positions.

Other than SI, capones and gart, I don't think many of the CPLOL owners are competition for good recruits...


Halifax, Spicewood and Dryden are the only teams I've had to compete with from CPL this season.

I actually signed three of my players with CPL teams this off season (Dryden, Marble, and newly promoted Oshawa). I had a player on SI's team for one season - can't say I was fond of it. Too much me me me crap.

The Hedgehogs are a NT away from being set for the season and me taking a nice off-season vacation.

Recruiting for Pro is too easy, all you fellas are spoiled imo.

Last season I needed to kidnap a guy's sister to get him to sign with my 8-8 AAA team, this season I send like a 1 sentence message with the word "pro" over and over and I get bites...

Lucky for you guys all up in the FA market though, the Hedgehogs are very happy with the vast majority of their roster, and while we might be a little out-leveled by the top teams here, we are close enough to compete with the talent we have, not to mention declines are only a few seasons away, imo.

Its kinda a shame though tbh, because if I added effort to my fresh pro title, I'd be unstoppable at recruiting imo.

I had a guy on SI's team last year also. The Paranoia level over there is off the charts. Not tactics discussed in the main forums. All builds are closed. Not a lot of fun over there

I'd say in terms of numbers we had our worst season.

But, when you only lose 4 players and you bring 6 in, that is probably good

Galk is just excited he gets to face Gambler again this season.
