On topic so that I don't get bitched at for degrading the thread: Does anyone think that Washington or The Punishers will go undefeated for the year (regular season)? And if not, who beats them? Does Choas theory have a shot at taking out the Chairmen? Discuss....

The Chairmen are pretty stacked, but I think Kazan, Sheboygan, and America all have a chance to beat them. With the depth of the Alpha conference, I'm expecting them to get tagged at least once. The way I see it, the conference is pretty much divided into 3 tiers. Here's how I'd put them in order:

Dominant championship contenders
Washington Chairmen
Sarajevo Reapers
Sheboygan Chaos Theory
American Invaders
Kazan Golden Horde

Playoff-caliber teams
Minsk Koats
Georgia Tec-9s
St. Petersburg Red Army Regulars
KGB Assassins
NFL Fanatix
Team Phoenix

Cellar dwellers
Baltic Sea Monkeys
Gliwice Lions
Bisons Sentinels
Warsaw Legioniers
Grodno Pirates

As for the Zeta conference, I haven't paid anywhere near enough attention to comment. I have some ideas, but they're really rough and I don't know the teams there anywhere near as well as I know the Alpha teams.

From watching how he operates the team and just how dominant they are. I can see Prague going unbeaten. I certainly am not looking forward to our game with them with much hope. Would be AWESOME though if we were able to somehow pull off the upset in that game. LOL

prague maybe. they favorably match up against the rest of their schedule. washington or chaos, no. the schedule is too mixed and one is guaranteed a loss. not to say these teams cant win it all, but there wont be an undefeated team in the alpha sector, and i guarantee that the superbowl will be with surprise teams. expect playoff upsets in each division.
