if you want to see a perfect example as to how these points have affected slow building, go look at the bayou warfare. in the CPL, the team missed the playoffs by 2 games. the team has suffered NO attrition, yet now they can barely squeak out a victory. This is directly attributed to vet pts. they are out leveled some 10 levels in every position but played VERY competitively and should have improved this season as some teams suffered from attrition, teams moved up and down, gutting, etc, but the exact opposite...

I'm no math major but 10 per cent of 65 is 6.5. 5 per cent of 75 is 3.75.

yes and add 6.5 to 65 and you get 72.5 and with my 3.75 I am at 78.75..
