Yah, it just sucks for that 1 team that won't make the playoffs and get the extra cash because this team is in there that isn't doing anything.
Well, if he's been inactive for a month, he should be really easy to scout - you know his gameplan isn't changing.
exactly, he went inactive last season a little before we played them i think, i just used the same gameplan we used last season and look at the results, if they make it to the playoffs (which sadly they probably will) it's an easy win for whoever gets seeded against them, we won last year even though we were outleveled by nearly the whole team

I suppose it's tough for the borderline playoff teams, but you have to figure his players have about 3 levels worth of skillpoints unused, training isn't being done, and gameplans aren't changing. If you can't beat that team then maybe you shouldn't be in the playoffs anyway. It's harsh, but take a team that's not ready up to A7 and see how you fare.

Updated.
In Week 7, Salt Lake City utterly exposed San Vascarba as a team that's been living on scrubs, the Fresno Jaguars cemented their place in the Top 2 of the Western Division with an overwhelming victory against Dallas, and the Slaycity Slayers celebrated their second touchdown of the season by changing their name to the Sin City Revelation.

Looks like we have another name change. The western conference Miami Cyclones have changed their name to the Franklin Invaders in preparation for the rectal invasion they're expecting from the Jaguars tonight.

And San Vascarba has officially gone CPU, might still be a chance to knock them out of the playoffs

Bummer for the teams that have already played and lost to them.

I feel a bit bad for Cincinnati since we know Tibbar is a person and not a computer program. It could be the difference between home playoff games and away games for his team.

Heck we lost 27 to 20 to them in week 3 and they were sure a LOT higher lvl players than ours. This is our first season, starting with not a single player on the roster that wasnt CPU on the morning of Dec 24 and had no one lined up at all cause didnt expect to get a team this year at all. Anyway if they end up knocking us down a peg so we dont make the $$$ we could have... that would S U C K... but then again Im looking at any playoff appearance starting from zero this season as a huge plus for us. Would love to host one though.. wish we could have pulled off a win that week, it was close. A home playoff game could easily mean adding an extra section to the stadium... oh well.... so close and yet so far....
We will get to where we are going, 10 wins for a first year team is awesome, and I feel we have that many in the bank. Todays game and our next game are almost certain losses (we are a 72 pt underdog today, and next game probably 144 pt underdog, but after that we should win our next 5 and 6 of our last 7. I am still learning my way through all this, but thats what a BBB league is for.... gotta start somewhere.... I know we arent ready to win it all, but making the playoffs first year out of the chute would be awesome, home or away.

8 teams from each conference go to the playoffs. You're currently ranked seventh, and San Vascarbo will almost certainly freefall from their current #3 ranking. The Florida Istepos (#6) are also ranked way too high.
Looks to me like you have a perfectly good shot at the playoffs. Our prediction model has you ending up ranked sixth, but all of the data is from before San Vascarba went CPU, so I think that makes you the obvious #5 in the east.

I think you're doing real well for a first season team, you just need to talk to us on the forums more...

So does everyone else. Whoever said it first was right: this place is almost dead.
I thought doing Power Rankings would spice the place up a little, but it's hardly helped.

go to www.userscripts.org and search for "goallineblitz"
Sort by Installs and install any script you see that starts with "pbr_"
edit: also, you'll want the play-by-play filter. That's the most important one.

You can also go here, may be helpful to you, http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Greasemonkey_Scripts
What's the play by play filter do? I've never used that one.
See how easy that was, ask and ye shall receive.
