I would do it too with a few players, however we would need to get a league that would be willing to support 16 teams also there would need to be a player level range i think something like 35-45 or something so that you arent having to draft players that are extremely out matched.

GLB is great because it allows players the freedom to go wherever they want, and arent forced into unpreferrable situations.

Player draft= players on teams they dont want to be on, and a lot of people would lose interest in the game.

And, never will be official, and there will not be any way to enforce it.

owners would have to be approved, players would join voluntarily, sounds good. if someone doesnt want to participate they dont have to

definitely, we're working here on something that would be an honor system, more or less, you volunteer your guy, agree to abide by the terms of the draft, and take a shot at upgrading somewhere else,..move along, little boy,..go find somebody else's post to bash,..
