LOL, yes, you are. The attributes I listed were EQ-less. With Equipment, he's got 98 Spd and 97 Agility.

EDIT: Oh, you were referring to the OP. I agree, that's nothing special, but it was back in 2008. LOL

He is a Lv 40. That's 30 SPs from EQ + CE. How can you have 98 SPD and 97 AGI (at LV. 40)?

They are not the same CB. The first had 3 into SH and 4 into SV while the older CB had only 1 into SH and SB. Unless you figured out a way to reset the SAs?

He has 7 unused sps, so actually take 3 sps out of jumping.

My advantage is equal to 64.02 SP.
[D]om's is 75.68 SP. (It would take 37 to match his speed, not 28; which of course I would never do)

Since he's 6 levels higher, there's a 30 SP advantage, which neutralizes the 11.66 point different in the build. At same level, my build will have 18 more total points invested than [D]om's. This of course doesn't account for training, which will slightly alter the calculation, nor does it consider any slight difference from auto level gains.

But really what it comes down to to me is that CBs don't need more than 74 speed/agi if they ever intend to get some SDC. My SDC with EQ is at 9, with speed and agi at 93/82 on their way to 95/95, which I think is plenty.

I don't think any more than fourth cap is required for a CB tbh, but to each their own yes?
In any case, both CBs are destined for Pros or higher imo

I agree with this and wouldn't even go to the fourth cap unless he is going to play primarily in a zone defense. By taking speed and agility straight to 68, you can hit 95/95 easy. That combined with 10+ SDC is much better than 100/100 with much less SDC imo.
