i have to agree, With gutted teams and slow builders, ppl who get 100 TD's in one season is not a test of build or mean that ur guy is any good its like beating a bunch of kids., my QB faced constant pressureing defences and pulled off some TD's (im not bragging either altho it sounds like it).

First off, rj414, welcome to USA AAA#2 and I look forward to playing Spicewood this season.

And to all your people saying stats don't matter, your taking a phrase someone said and repeating it without understanding what is being said. Stats against bad or gutted teams don't matter, stats against good teams in close games mean everything...

In the past 2 years rj's QB, while not perfect, has had some very good games against some very good teams. He also has gone 35/9 TD/INT in the playoffs in the past 2 seasons which is phenomenal. You can blame the system or the players around him (lord knows he passes more than most QBs), but to say that said production in big games means nothing is quite frankly a stupid thing to say.

Also, in light of the OP, my own QB, which I feel is pretty solid is 178 and 47 career with a 99.4 QB rating

Just brought him over to the Hedgehogs this season, so we'll see how he does.

It really shouldn't matter what league you are playing in. Up until 2 seasons ago there were USA A leagues that averaged only 2-3 levels below most AAA teams. Really not much of a difference.

What should matter is that the player is playing at his level. If he is a level 32 in a league that averages 36 then he should get a fame bonus for stats, and visa versa.

Your LVL 25 QB? Give me a break. I have played in the same league a RJ for 2 seasons and all of those teams are not gutted or slow build. They actually they have higher LVL guys then both of our teams. To compare a LVL 25 to a LVL 39 is just dumb. Everyone coming in here trying to flame RJ over this, is just wishes there QB had these numbers. Most of you could not even see the field in our league with you LVL 25s and 32s and whatnots. He just asked a question, but the same GLB dickheads come running with same dumbass statements over and over. "My QB is better because of this_______________," same old shit different day. Post you QB numbers in a league where the average starter is LVL 41 then come talk to me.

Most of you have no clue of what you are doing and you still sit here and give new guys bad advice everyday. Most of you have no clue of what you are doing and you still sit here and give new guys bad advice everyday. I guarantee you most of your QBs will be lucky to have a 2:1 TD/INT ratio once you hit LVL 40.

a 2:1 TD:INT ratio isn't exactly something to tell the greatness of a QB

I'm a nobody. I'll admit it, but I wouldn't stoop to making a bragging thread about my team and player and then ask two of my gms to come defend me. Here this is my last post on this thread. I'll leave you and your buddies alone to stroke each others egos publicly since your team forum isn't satisfying your fetishes anymore.

Try posting in this forum. http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread_list.pl?forum_id=68 You'll get more of the response your looking for.

He's referring to the TD:INT ratio of the famed Jeff Garcia... you know, your backup QB with the idiotic vision build that makes you think your hot shit.
