See we might sell and try and get into Eastern Europe.. The one reason we might is cause we are a group of friends putting together a team starting at level 6. We will not be recruiting or anything like that so it will just stay that level... It would take forever for us to be competitive and even when we are we would never gain on some of the levels here...

BBB10 alum here for my 2 cents.
First, it is not any better in any of the other leagues "at the bottom". Most of the top tier teams in those leagues are in their mid to upper 20's if not 30 from what I have seen. It won't be any better or worse there than here and in fact, you could argue that it will be better here.
Consider that the US has more layers and teams than any other league and it is the "big time" in the eyes of the agents of the community. Those extra layers also mean that many more teams gutting/going back to rebuilding. If trends follow at the end of this season, there will be a lot of gutting/selling of teams and a lot of the better teams here will move up regardless if they won it all or not. In a sense, that can hurt as well because some will be promoted before they were really ready and while doing well here, they can run into a buzz saw on the next level.
Something else to consider with the US leagues. The league is the oldest in GLB. That means there are a ton of teams that have season 1 and 2 players that will start expiring sooner than any other league, which will create more opportunities for younger teams unless those teams have a big farm team system that will continue to feed the parent team newer players and that is likely very few teams.
It will be rough for this first season, no question. You have developing teams going against established teams. Take heart and have fun playing against other developing teams. Those are the games you can make hay on and get some moral victories. Within that, great rivalries can be born since the teams will likely see time with each other over the next several seasons and likely promote with each other, etc. Sounds like Washington and Razerback Nation have the makings of a great long term rivalry with each other.
After this first season, things will get better. You won't be the "new guys" anymore and there will be a whole host of newer teams that you should be able to work and be competitive with.
Just to echo with others here, the most important priorities you have in this first season is to build that stadium so you have a secure financial base moving forward and in seasons to come. The wall you will hit is possibly level 24 gear, but if not that then level 32 gear will just suck tons of money out. Be wise with your contracts and remember you are building for the future, not the right now. The other thing is to establish an identity as a team and work your builds in that direction as a group. Get specialized and get everyone working as a team. Simple things I know, but those who do the simple things the best are generally the ones winning on game day.
Ok, that was more like a bucks worth. Sorry for the book.
Good luck guys and hang in there.

well thought out post klydon. I guess my main problem with it all is that All the players on my team are "my players". Thats why I wanted a 13 cap to start. But take heart, we will take the ass whipping while having tremendous amounts of money for the stadium. Might be a couple of years but our fans will stand up and "call those hogs"

Trust me jlrock. It may look bad at first, but just hang in there. I gutted my team and started from scratch. Recruiting was a mess even with the connections I have in the game. So me and my cousin kjsmith just made a slow build team and got moved here. If you build it right you will see some wins before its all over.
