and actually the term libel does apply in the situation since it can result in punative damages to the other parties. And you did use public media to critisize them.I believe libel is the written or digitalized form of slander. It's okay to disprove of something to a point and let it be known, but when you make hurtful and potentially damaging (to a reputation) remarks AND have no CONCRETE proof, then that is like slandering their name (especially bcuz even if the Q Dawgs are cheating, it likely isn't the owner's fault that he's attacking). And again, slander in written language (not verbal) is categorized as LIBEL. Doesn't matter if Finch gets arrested or not because who's honestly gonna call the cops on him? Doesn't stop it from being what it is, however (just a minor form of it). Does that make sense? At least that's my line of thought
