thats odd, because just the other day i wrote out

GLB Gods 2-7
You know .. this team has some things going for it .. Brick Wall has a number of high level players himself, so thats a good core of a team, also hes all-in, he doesnt have players on numerous other teams, he doesnt try to GM other teams when his own team is struggling .. I applaud all of that, it shows hes serious. Also like Rezlov, Brick Wall and a few of his agents are ALL OVER the forums trying to hunt for recruits, making friends, trying to get the team known a little and more talent into the team. He has a few elite players on his team .. a L42 WR right now (despite the build .. questionable) is a first pager .. thats elite, the CBs are also elite level, if not build. So then whats the problem .. well first off Chemistry sucks .. morale is a big deal in this game, people dont think so .. but I think so .. game swings are huge and with their personal morale and then team chemistry so low, they get beat down and then stay down .. its really noticeable, when Prague plays really elite teams, they can be humming along, running passing well .. then pick-6 or something .. and BOOM .. we suck all the sudden .. same deal here .. but also the fact that they dont have enough depth. However, Id put Brick Walls crew more in the category of Rezlov's .. if an agent like Khayos, Greenguy or a team like Greek, Washington, or Cincinnati merged with Brick Wall's time investment, energy and enthusiasm .. I think they could get a lot done. Owner work and attitude goes a long way to having a successful team and Brick Wall has it .. I know from personal experience that a large number of the players on Prague boost and play GLB because I keep them interested, motivated and positive .. when teams go inactive .. or go negative or say things like Dubai .. "stupid game" blah blah .. its a result of the management ..

thanks randy

We're trying here, I joined Brick early in the season with QB and CB and the team has been getting better. Nobody huntin to increase the talent base like us right this year... We landed a few studs recently (you noticed the lvl 42 WR) lvl 41 DT and lvl 39 SS to namea few. You are dead on bro, we need to now work on what we have, depth, and the morale and chemistry, we're gonna try to get close to a .500 season...

Great job man on the write, I appreciate your time.

"Dubai has been in Pro League since S1, and we have been behind Prague since. It seems that we can't catch up to them as we try to keep our team intact from season to season. Since they started before we did, they do have the advantage, plus the fact that they most likely recruit every off season adds to it.
Level wise, we are right there but it is tough to get higher level recruits because most of our players all started as early as they did, there's not that many higher level players available. The one's that are available seems want to go to lower level teams so they can become more FAMOUS or get to the HALL OF FAME or whatever. They hardly want to go to a team that is their same level cause they can't get the same notoriety as they can at a lower level of competition. Plus with the lower teams getting stadiums built, they have too much money and can make better offers than we can or they over pay these guys and kill the market."

Well I think Randy needs to cool the crap! I can't find anything in the above quote where I said "Stupid Game!....blah,blah,blah"

I don't get on here very often, for this simple reason. I do enjoy reading some things on the forums, but mostly it's BS and really doesn't need a comment from me, so I just read for the most part. And don't worry about the Lightning, time is something that we have on our side, we are just waiting for it to pass.

Also, don't worry about what I do with my players, remember, they are mine...not yours!

The season opening loss to the Demoniak was because our owner was away and left the scrimmage settings loaded.

We were using highly experimental playcalling in the scrimmage, all goal line offense.

Our poor RB went up the gut 50 times and ended up with only 10 energy!

My head has been up my ass pretty much the entire season. I really wish I could quit work. But if that happens, I'd just buy a sailboat and wave byebye to the internet forever and occupy myself with only women and rum

Thanks to Randy for the kind words

and just to add a thanks to Duff and BB for keeping the team rolling!

Randy,

I suck at recruiting, duh, what's my sales pitch to anyone with a good player??? "Don't go play on a championship team come play for mine instead"?

I never baby sat Toysldr's players while he was gone his builds are his builds.

We have gone through player builds and there is only so much you can fix with new equipment.

I moved my QB from the team in hopes that his build sucked as well and that I was getting a better QB to come on the team. My FB got moved because I ended up signing two FA's instead of one. I didn't want to screw over someone that just got to the team.

If you want to come fix my team you are more than welcome to but really I just don't see any quick fixes at all. Like I said there is only so much you can change with equipment.

Ditch bad builds and bring in new players. Not THAT hard.

its because there is a history of inept ownership with cincy football teams.

It's one thing to make fun of me or my team but comparing me to Mike Brown??? Now that's just crossing a line man,

I am the OC for MCXA, so our offensive problems can be placed on my shoulders. I have been experimenting with various offensive AIs/playbook combinations, which deviated from our normal gameplan and strengths, and it had pretty disastrous consequences. We also lost a few key positions in the off-season as well, and I underestimated how much we would miss them. It is a well-run team with a fantastic group of owners so we will get back on track ... hopefully in time for the playoffs.

if you guys could get your act together again (n/o) MCXA could be the revelation of the season (again )
I just hope you do it next season and dont interfere with the conference title this time

Our strategy is to let you all kick our asses again, so you don't spend a lot of time thinking about us come playoff time. Err, yea, that's it ...
