How do I get some chemistry grace period??? When I got this team a season and a half ago, it had been decimated. The owner had went inactive and the players were mostly IA, and the other demanded trades or releases. I took the team over and they didn't even give me a chemistry grace period then.

Maybe sense the team was not new thats why.
