Pretty much all the info you need to answer the Alpha vs. Zeta question is in the "Streak" column in the standings... right there, plain as day.

It looks almost the same in AAA 1 and 2. Alpha just doesn't have any good teams in it.

It seems that Alpha sucks, which is a great shame.

Seriously, not a great match up this season, the only games that I thought would be close were;

Porto vs Rocks.
Heat vs Paris.

And I am really not surprised that they both went to Zeta.

Porto looked a shade better than Rocks, and I am not impressed by Paris at all, despite a decent season and rare beating of WuJacks, they just looked bad tactically, but got away with it often.

I still think Zeta has a lot more bad teams in it, but in terms of the play off teams, Zeta is a little stronger this season for the first time ever.

Zeta has probably got 7 of the bottom 9 teams in WEPL this season.
but they also likely have 6 of the top 9 teams as well.

So Zeta has a bigger difference between their strong teams and their weaker teams.

Alpha has less top tier teams, but more competition throughout the conference.

I dont remember thinking that at the time, but admittedly I dont remember much from around then.

I might revise after checking out the two groups to jog my memory.

But I doubt it, as I would have rated Wu Jax, Warriors and Vikings above all Zeta teams at that point.

Not sure about the bottom seeds though, need to check up on it.

Based on this, Alpha was a Hell of a lot tougher than Zeta in Season 4 Play offs.

Not even close.

I'd say only Roughnecks, Trolls and Heat would make the top 10 WEPL teams in the Season 4 play offs, and most if not all the Alpha sides would be above the remaining zeta sides.

Guess it just shows how quickly Zeta improved.
