What are you talking about?

We both also agree the Caps are the greatest squad in all of GLB.

Dude now hurry up and put other positions up before we lose interest! lol

But srsly, voting should probably happen before playoffs.

I am still working on the team website and have some other non GLB things going on (shocker, I know). So, I'll get there.

I'll have HB and WR up tonight for sure.

Oh, and stats for tomorrow's games will not be counted.

Since you are busy, I will help you with the layout of the CB ballot:

CB

Asafa Powell

Maybe include hurries also

Yeah. Pancakes covers the rush component, and sacks/hurries allowed cover the pass component. Adding anything more will give points to the O Line with the best QB and HB which is silly.

Let's use the Wackers as an example. Lawson was sacked 13 times and hurried 24 times. The O-Line had 738 pancakes (does not include TEs).

Should it just be like 738 - 37? Or, do we bag doing a forumla and just list those two stats and let people decide how they should be weighed?

Lawson's running away with it in the West, but it's a real close race in the East!

I'm pleasantly surprised that people are looking past yards and touchdowns, because there is more a good QB than that.

FYI... I have one more cool thing planned.

If nominated is your player, or a player on your team, please post their jersey number for me if you guys do that.

The Capitals have the best CB core in the East, however.
And I believe Tulsa's trumps Fremont's in the West.

Yeah, I say screw the formula. Let everyone determine what is the best combination of stats on their own. If you make some formula and give a sack, hurry, and pancake values, you're pretty much making the decision for them. People will just vote on the highest number your formula cranks out.

It's harder than that, though, since you can pick up pancakes while your team is returning kick and punts. Way to make it complicated, GLB!

If you're going to do that type of formula, though, you have to weigh sacks heavier than hurries. Maybe: Pancakes - [(sacks x 2 or 3) + hurries] = rating number?
