Here's a game by game of our best player, WR Kletian Drowa. We were 2-14 so he's the guy on the gutted team putting up stats against the good teams, and as you can see it was pretty consistently 7-10 catches for 100+ yards every game of the year, even when we're getting blown out!

Week Team Opp Score Rec Yds TD (Opponents Record)
1 IVA ANC L20-58--7 110.5 1 (14-2-0)

CPU's can do funny things. Seen a tight end average 30 receptions a game on a CPU team in another league. Didn't know CPU players were nominate-able.

I like Kletian, but you still can't vote for your own players. (self-votes are disounted)

No, the guy was horrible and caught passes from a TE (they had no QB). They just set the AI to prefer to throw to that receiver, and on almost every down, they made a pass attempt to him. If you throw it to a guy 25 times a game, he's going to have 15 catches, even if he's horrible.

So just because a guy on a bad team puts up good numbers doesn't mean that the guy is any good.

I'm working on it. I'll get it in before midnight.

Sicarius, we signed Tyler to be the return man, after the first game he bitched about wanting carries at RB, and never logged on again. That position's been upgraded.

However, by your logic, you say that since my guy is on a bad team, he is not any good. That logic is faulty, and the presuppositions you set up in your CPU WR argument don't match that of Kletian Drowa's situation. He was never set as a favorite target, as we don't set favorite targets to try to cut back on interceptions.

I apologize for Kletian Drowa outperforming your WR and thus twisting your panties in a knot, but if you watch the games, he's routinely running right by CB's and taking long completions for scores. Yes, he was thrown to a lot, but A) you have to be thrown to a lot if you're going to get 131 catches and B) which of the top receivers in this league were not thrown to a lot? He averaged nearly 16 yards per catch... and again watching the game film you can see that he's just producing. Your argument is baseless and obviously just defensive, seeing as your receiver was the #3 vote getter. But do what you got to do.
